Forms/Transformations Template and Rules

Before we get to the template, here are a few rules to go by when you are filling it out.


-No god-modding. You can’t be invincible, be realistic and fair.

-You can’t use a form or transformation from the game if you aren’t the character that had it in the game. Example: If you ARE NOT Sora, you CAN NOT have his Valor form or his Wisdom form or any other form that he had in the game. You can make one similar to them, but you can’t copy them exactly.

-Again, don’t bother the Admins or Moderators for approval. As I have stated many times, we are busy getting the site going. We will definitely get to it though!

Forms/Transformations Template


Name: (What do you call your Form/Transformation?)

Appearance: (What does your character look like during the transformation? What do they look like afterwards? What happens physically and mentally to your character while going through this transformation? Be VERY descriptive!)

Strength: (How powerful is your trans/form, weak, moderate, or extremely strong? Is it an improvement from your character’s normal strength?)

Stamina: (How long can your character stay in this transformation/form? How many posts does it last? Be fair! It can’t last the entire topic!)

Affinities: (What is this trans./form good at? What can it do better than your normal character?)

Weaknesses: (What is this trans./form poor at? What can’t you do very well while in this form?)

History: (How did you come to learn this trans./form? How have you used it? How has it helped or harmed you?)

Pictures: (If you have pictures of your trans./form, please post them here. If not, that’s fine, just be VERY VERY VERY descriptive.)
