I'll join in, because I'd love to see some activity, though I don't know how helpful I can be, other than being the handy-dandy target for bad guy plots.

What we really need, though, are more players, and active ones.

I also suggest we try and bring more people to help bring the site back. I've already asked a few people and got 3 or 4 new members to come to the site.

I agree with Xemnas.
Not only do we have enough people but war brings death.
Do we honestly want to kill off what few active members we have just yet?

Maybe the main focus should be getting more active members and restoring the site.
There are a lot of blank topics, we should fill those with our creativity and members before we go off killing everyone.

I think that we should wait before going along with this war idea.

We could rig it so that war doesn't have to kill characters.

I've never really liked the ideas of just killing characters for no darn good reason. A thorough thrashing has the same effect and all players get to keep their characters.

Besides, my understanding of what he was talking about wasn't a player vs player war, but a wholesale invasion by NPCs. NPCs we can deal with and leave all players still active and alive. Come on, we have to do something.

I'm doing what I can where I can, but I honestly don't know yet whether or not the fanfic stories I'm running are actually getting any attention back to the site. On the plus side, the one I've got for here now has three chapters and two reviews, and a rather healthy number of hits as near as I can tell.

Yes, the answer is to get more players, and to keep the ones we have active. The key to being active is to have *SOMETHING* happening. This would be SOMETHING!

As long as we're going up against NPCs I don't see a problem.
