Description: Blythe is a blade concealed inside of a straight cane. Its a gentleman's weapon and it adds to the image that Bastion portrays. Even psychotic people can dress with style. It goes great with his pants and button up shirt and jacket. It has a 3 foot 4 inch black wood body with a brushed steel knob. After depressing the button in the top of the cane the sword pops a short way from the knob, allowing the weilder to draw the sword.

Elemental Alignment: Poison

Ability/Function: Sucessful strikes inflict poison which festers in the wound causing unstoppable agony and torture, as well as imminent death....naw just kiddin no death.

Close/long range: short

History: Blythe was made especially for Bastion. He made certain that the weaponsmith made it to his exact design. After which he found he had no money to pay the weaponsmith and he killed the man to make the trouble go away. With his new prized possesion he walked the town with distinction and pride.

When he passed a stranger walking the road he would challenge them to a duel. If they accepted he would fight them, as well as embarass them. If they ran he would run after them waving his cane like a crazed idiot.

He practiced at night in the graveyard, over and over we would go through the motions. His style becoming elegant and much more fitting. He began to find foes worthy of his skills rather than travellers and highwaymen. New enemies found him every night, ghouls and the like turned to heartless. None would stand before his sword. What more could the crazy want....
