Alright everyone HEY WHATS UP?!?!?!

Ya I just joined this place, got the hook ups from......wait.......idk her name on her, but I know her as Nasamea. I also know the one who uses Sora and one other dude, (dont know his character either)

Ight Ive noticed just once thing, k, this site, IS LONG AS HELL, which makes it difficult to navigate. Now Ive been given permission to work my magic and go ahead and do so, but I need all yalls permission first. So Im gona run a poll to see if your willin to let me try n make this site more managaeable and easier to navigate. If you do I will run another poll afterwards to see if you are satisfied. So whats the harm, just try it out and see if you like it, and if not we can just undo all the changes.

What you all say?

I would rather you sit down with MorpheusZero, who is one of the Admins, and discuss the issue with him before trying to set anything up on your own. He is set as Hidden, so you can't see him when he's logged in, but he's the Admin in charge of Maintenance on the site. He doesn't do anything other than that, but he would be the one best suited to getting things set up properly.

Yes, the Site is long, one of the reasons I tend to use the shortcut on the sidebar for the most recent posts. You can click over there and go automatically to the most recent post in any active thread that's listed. Part of that's because of the source material and all the different worlds from KH and KH2.

Still, talk to Morph. There might be a way to get the end result without accidental issues.

As I already said in my post, I DID talk to an admin thank you. By the name of Enigma, it says right in my post that I was given permission, you can see it right up there in the first line of the second paragraph.

I saw that, and if Enigma says that it's okay, then that's up to him. I'm just offering another path to the same goal, is all.

Why obtain another path when your already halfway down another, just as suitable one lol

Because, while Enigma is an Admin, he's not a Head Admin.

Reorganizing would mess with the worlds.

...Unless you're talking about compiling Citizen, Ruler, and Army sub-boards into one sub-board.

...Which would be confusing, but, would work.

Actually, Head Admin is Roxas, but he's offline for real life issues at the moment.

The reason I suggested Morph is because he's the one in charge of Maintenance.

This is way too long. Compacting is a genius idea, I say. Who's against the idea of making it smaller? It will only make things easier when using the site.

Ok it wouldnt mess up the worlds if its the way i think hes gonna do it, hes going to move the main forrum parts inside the worlds to cut down on the scroll bar (we all know its abused on this site).

the worlds will all be here but itll just be a main topic with the little topics inside.

Re-organization would be nice, however I agree with Kairi. Yes the site is long, but Kingdom hearts is a pretty large place. There are two games with a large variety of worlds that wont be easily composed in to a smaller site. In order to find recent posts there is a neat little feature on the side that tells you the topics of which had recent posts along with who posted in them. It makes navigating a large site such as this easier to navigate.

But if your approved I will not stand to stop you, I just hope you do improve the site rather then making it rougher for people to work with =)

I look forward to seeing the results, but please some worlds are quite important and there are popular worlds as well.

No It will not mess wtih the worlds. Yes it just puts them as sub-boards, and really, I fail to see how in gods name that can be confusing. Everything that is here, willl still be here, every thread, every area,will still be there. Let me do a quick explination the best I can.

For this Ex. We shall use Destiny Islands.

Ok on the main forum all you shall see is a Destiny Islands Forum BUT WAIT.

Click on Destiny Islands and you will be taken to a new page with only four boards there.

So you clicked it here is what you see

Now its just as it was before, click on the area you want to rp in, JUST AS BEFORE. Really the only real change, that would affect all of you, is just adding in one extra click to get where you need to go, which is really not an inconvience.

If some one could explain to me how this is cofusing, well Id be glad to just drop the matter entirely.

And just becasue the game is long, doesnt mean the main page has to be annoyingly huge. You see, every single world, every single area with in the world, will still be accessible.

Also look at it in this manner. Its almost like your going to that world when you click on it. You have to go to new country, to get to the city. Just a little bit of an effect ya know.

And, it will make it easier to get to those worlds that are in the middle of the page, like Land of dragons. Getting to the top world is easy, as is getting to the one at the bottom cuz all you have to do is go to the very bottom. Getting to the ones in the middle, you have to be careful not to pass them on accident. What I plan to do, this is ELIMINATED. Much easier access to everything I assure you. Another site I was on did this and everyone was happier because of it.

And like I said before, whats the harm in testing it, to see if you like it AFTER you see what exactly it will be like, and it can be reversed if yall dont like it.

Speaking of this idea it makes me wonder where the time is on this site.
This is a bit off topic but I have noticed people being in three different rps at once, at the same time, in different areas.
It messes with the plot, I wonder if we may want to try to make a change to that as well..

Anyways I'm liking the idea, in my opinion I approve of the idea, I hope others will too.

Yes keeping timelines, plots, can be very fun. However, for this board to remain active due to lack of acitve members, well you kind of have to post in mulitple topics at the same time. I am working on trying to get this site memebrs as wel to (aint I just a big help haha.) I already got two others to join. Not bad for having just started, and more I am sure,are on the way. I totally agree with you, that it is better that way, but with so small of an active member list, its difficult.

There's an option, on a user-to-user level, that compresses the board like that.


I'd done it on accident to myself once before.

I just checked the prefferences through and through, and the rest of profile settings just to be sure and no there is nothing which allows the user to configure the board in such a way.

*sigh* I pretty well gave up on any sort of continuity. Some of the threads I'm not certain about on "when" in relation to the others. The big massive War one against the two armies of Heartless and Nobodies . . . that one's a bit fuzzy.

Sora's fight on the beach . . . that's *before* the scenes with Namine.

Generally speaking, being in more than one thread at any given time is something I call "layering" threads. I have a fairly big tendency towards continuity so I tend not to layer threads more than three deep if I can help it.

However, because of the situation, I might revise even that stance, which is something I hold for me alone.

If you guys wanna go for more than one thread, go for it. We need the activity.

Yeah, several of us have posted in there, but it hasn't really gone anywhere, and I'm as much to blame as anyone. My biggest defense, though, is that I really stink at combat description. *sigh*

There's a fight on the Beach in Destiny Islands that's supposed to be current, but Riku's waiting for Mickey to finish off a big whatsamachuckit and I'm not really certain whether Kairi can run forward or if Naethyn enveloped her in that bubble with him. *sigh*

In any event, I need to post something there my own self.

The only other active thread is a closed one between Xemnas and Namine.

There should be several ones opened recently, though, so go ahead and find a spot and send your character in.

Well, what I decided was that I would just keep to one area at a time. And because of this limitation my character will naturally be in Radiant Garden. So I'll just wait to see if someone will post to me, or I'll just do it solo to try and get my post count up a bit. I made a topic too, btw.

If you want you can challenge Wizer to a fight. It would be pretty good practice and I'll go easy on you. Heh. That's if your character is free and all.

*sigh* Unfortunately my character doesn't just challenge people. *smile* It has to do with being a Princess of Heart and all that.

That, and Riku would go into convulsive shock if she started any fights. She has this tendency to get herself captured and held hostage or stuff. *shrug*

I might can do some talking RP, though, if you ever feel like it. I'm *excellent* at talking RP.
